Built for continuity and school representation.
The founding board provides stability while annual school representatives and elected officers keep the organization connected to the current Eanes community.
Permanent founding board
The five founding board members serve as permanent board members. Additional permanent board members may be added with board approval.
School representation
One representative from each Eanes ISD school may serve on the board and is nominated annually.
Annual officer elections
The President, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected annually by the board.
Annual board meeting
The board holds at least one annual board meeting.
Monthly records
Meeting notes or minutes are recorded and maintained for monthly board meetings.
Permanent member transition
A permanent board member's regular permanent term concludes after that member's last child graduates from Eanes ISD, unless the board affirmatively approves continued service as a permanent board member.
